When does pre-order open/close each week?

Pre-orders open every Monday at 10 a.m. and close Wednesday at 10 a.m.—or sooner if we sell out. We bake in small batches, so ordering early is the best way to snag your favorites!

When and where is pickup?

Pickup is on the Saturday following your order between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with the pickup location and all the details you need for a smooth handoff.

Do you deliver?

Yes, local delivery is available within Wake Forest city limits for an additional fee. To request delivery, simply select the delivery option when placing your order. Orders placed without selecting delivery will default to local pickup.

What if I can’t pick up my order?

Our pickup window is firm—Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.—to preserve the freshness of our bread and ensure availability for all customers. If an emergency arises, please email us at hello@bramblemill.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to work with you.

Please note: any online orders not picked up during the scheduled window, without prior arrangement, will be forfeited without refund.

What is your refund policy?

Because all of our bakes are made to order in small batches, we cannot offer refunds once the pre-order window has closed. We appreciate your understanding and support of our made-from-scratch process!

Can I place a custom, bulk, or catering order?

We love being part of your celebrations and gatherings. If you’re looking to place a custom or bulk order, please email us at hello@bramblemill.com and we’ll let you know what’s possible. A minimum order and advance notice may be required.

Do you offer gluten-free or allergen-friendly options?

We do not offer gluten-free items at this time. While we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from nuts or other allergens—due to using ingredients not manufactured in-house—we do not keep peanuts in our kitchen, as our daughter has a peanut allergy. Please reach out if you have specific concerns, and we’ll do our best to guide you.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available here. They're a sweet way to share Bramble Mill with friends and family.

Where can I find you besides pre-order?
