By placing an order with Bramble Mill, you agree to the following terms:
Pre-Orders & Payment
All items are made to order. Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm your order. Pre-orders open Mondays at 10 a.m. and close Wednesdays at 10 a.m., or earlier if we sell out.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the small-batch nature of our baking, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the pre-order window has closed. Please double-check your order before submitting.
Pickup & Delivery
Orders must be picked up on the Saturday following your order between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. You will receive pickup instructions via email after your order is placed. Orders not picked up during the scheduled window, without prior arrangement, will be forfeited without refund.
Local delivery is available within Wake Forest city limits for an additional fee. Delivery must be selected during checkout.
Allergens
We are not a nut-free or allergen-free kitchen. While we do not keep peanuts in our home due to a family allergy, we cannot guarantee that ingredients are free from cross-contamination, as they are not manufactured in-house.
