What We Bake

Our menu shifts with the week and the season: slow-risen sourdough boules, flaky morning pastries, buttery shortbreads, pillowy biscuits, and fruit-speckled cakes that taste like a walk through wild brambles.

Pre-orders open early in the week, quantities stay small, and every item is packaged for pickup. Place your order through our weekly menu drop by Wednesday, then swing by our Wake Forest porch that weekend—or find us at a local market pop-up. Watching the dough rise is our job. Enjoying the first bite is yours.
